The Ministry of Health (MOH) of Burkina Faso, in collaboration with NGOs operating in Burkina Faso and with financial support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), has decided to implement an intervention called “Ecosystème Digital Minimal (EDM)” in the health districts of Ziniaré and Ténado. The EDM has three main components, namely the deployment of digital tools, the use of data, and research + monitoring-evaluation, for which RESADE is responsible. The evaluation aims to analyze the effects of the EDM on the evolution of health indicators and to analyze/document its implementation process with a view to providing the Ministry of Health and its partners with evidence to guide the process of scaling up.
