SPARC and its technical partners have created a framework for monitoring progress in strategic health procurement and applying it in sub-Saharan African countries to facilitate dialogue on progress factors and promote regional learning. Recherche pour la Sant\u00e9 et le D\u00e9veloppement (RESADE) is SPARC&#8217;s partner in Burkina Faso.
