These tools support the policy of free health care and primary health care by aiming to improve the efficiency, quality, governance and equity of services. As part of the roll-out, training courses were organized between August 2023 and February 2024 for tools not yet deployed. The evaluation noted the absence of a harmonized approach to training and deployment, durations that were often deemed insufficient, and a level of difficulty perceived as high by many users after training. Sessions varied in size and duration according to the tools, ranging from half a day to six days; some tools were not yet deployed in all districts (NetSIGL 2.0 in Ziniar\u00e9, mHealth in T\u00e9nado). Among the strengths were the mobilization of stakeholders, the andragogical approach, group work, role-playing, hands-on training and post-training supervision. Suggested improvements include appropriate logistics (rooms, internet connection, functional tablets), harmonization of durations and methods, taking into account participants&#8217; levels, and increasing the number of people trained. The team recommends the adoption of a standard training guide, regular follow-up in the field and full deployment of the tools with availability of tablets.
