This study provides a comparative analysis of the role of Local Monitoring Committees (LMCs) in the implementation of health policies in Burkina Faso, Niger and Guinea. It highlights lessons learned and best practices, in order to formulate operational recommendations for strengthening the potential of LMCs to improve health system performance and governance.
