RESADE: research, support and advocacy for effective healthcare policies

RESADE is a non-profit research organization based in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso). We support stakeholders in the healthcare sector through an evidence-based approach combining applied research, evaluation, policy analysis and knowledge transfer. Our ambition is to contribute to more equitable, efficient and resilient healthcare systems, by producing actionable knowledge and supporting its appropriation by decision-makers and stakeholders.

Produce, analyze and disseminate high-quality, evidence-based scientific knowledge to inform decision-making, support public action and contribute to improving the equity, performance and resilience of healthcare systems.

Adopt an approach based on scientific rigor, multidisciplinarity and operational usefulness, by co-constructing analyses and recommendations with stakeholders, and ensuring the capitalization and effective transfer of knowledge to sustainably inform public action in healthcare.

Working with RESADE

RESADE collaborates with public institutions, universities, civil society organizations, technical and financial partners, and grassroots players. The organization favors partnerships based on trust, mutual learning and impact, in order to strengthen the effectiveness of health policies and programs in Burkina Faso and beyond.
