The Imarisha project aims to fill the knowledge gap on workplace violence and its gender dimensions in the primary healthcare sector in Burkina Faso, South Africa and Tanzania. Through mixed qualitative and quantitative research, the study documents the nature of such violence and contributes to the development of conceptual frameworks and intervention options adapted to national contexts.
