Committee for the Validation of NGO Reports: Enhancing Effectiveness and Controlling Implementation Costs for Free Health Care

Established by Decree No. 2021-40/MS/CAB of March 2, 2021, upon the recommendation of the Higher Authority for
, State Audit, and Anti-Corruption (ASCE-LC), the Committee for the Validation of NGO Reports
serves as the formal mechanism for verifying and validating reports on the effectiveness of free health care produced by nongovernmental organizations commissioned by the Ministry of Health. Chaired by the Ministry’s General Secretariat and facilitated by the ST-RFS, it brings together some twenty members from central directorates, monitoring NGOs, and technical and financial partners. This policy brief is the result of the validation committee’s assessment of initiatives aimed at optimizing free health care.
