NACOULMA Rafiatou Ténè Daliah Marie is a general practitioner by training, and is currently studying for a Master 2 in public health, with a specialization in health systems policy, planning and management at Joseph KI ZERBO University. She also holds a University Diploma (DU) in ethics and bioethics, which fuels her interest in issues of governance, rights and responsibility in healthcare systems.
Her research interests focus mainly on health financing and gender issues.
