David ZOMBRE

David ZOMBRE holds a PhD in public health and a post-graduate diploma in analysis and evaluation of health policies and programs from the Université de Montréal, and a master’s degree in health economics and international development from the Université d’Auvergne. He has solid transdisciplinary skills in public health and health economics, research methodology, advanced statistical modeling and analysis, and program analysis and evaluation. He is particularly interested in Implementation Science, universal health coverage, human capital development, digital health transformation, management consulting, government support and people-centered interventions. For the past 10 years, his responsibilities have included technical support for the management of research processes in public health and health financing, as well as the direction, management, implementation and evaluation of large-scale, complex programs, from their conception to the dissemination of results, covering all the technical and programmatic processes required for their successful implementation.
